I like cool weather, wheat beer, European butter, strong coffee, cute flats, medical documentaries, walking my dogs, and my husband’s jokes.
I’m allergic to everything, addicted to satellite radio, and have the balance of a drunk, one-legged giraffe.
I believe in the power of a good haircut.
I feel that books are still important.
It makes me sad that reading is not everyone’s to do list.
I hate nature documentaries when animals get eaten – I know this happens, but I don’t want to see it.
I used to be a teacher. Then, I was an educational director. I only play with grow-ups now. I’m sick much less often, but once in a while, I wish I was still doing something that occasionally changed people’s lives.
Then I remember how my job used to consume me, and I don’t miss it any longer. I changed my life when I changed professions. Mostly, I got my weekends back, and weekends? They are lovely.
I’m a little nuts. It’s part of my charm.
My eyes are broken.
My family is hysterical.
My life is good.
I have a girl crush on you ! In a Tina Fey kinda way…not a Ellen Degeneres and portia DeRossi beautiful wedding way. Love the blog….it’s my new fav.
